We are GLINTCAP's most awarded New York State farm cidery. We produce four-year round core items, Premium Farmhouse, Saison Reserve, Cran Mango Saison and Loganberry. Our core ciders can be found in our tasting rooms year round.
Quarterly, we also release a Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter seasonal. Specialty ciders, like barrel aged ciders or sours, are also released from time to time. Our seasonal and specialty batches are produced at smaller scale and can be enjoyed until we sell out.
Most ciders contain under 110 calories per 12 oz serving and are gluten-free.
